Not a great start

Today was my first day of “dieting” or the fist day of my weight loss plan. I intended to take a 1000Kcal diet everyday  and exercise for at least 15 mins (in the beginning).

I had a 1500Kcal diet today and exercised for only 10 mins! I know it sucks. This is not the first time. I plan alot…I have been on these diets beforebut always failed. However, this time I am not going to give up so easily. I am still focussed. I will compensate for this tomorrow. I promise notto give up. I am going to contreol my intake to 1000Kcal and exercise for 15 mins.
